Ryan coaches both of you simultaneously — reading each person's form, pushing each person appropriately, and making sure both of you are training smart, not just hard.

GOT QUESTIONS?

Do both people need the same fitness level?

Not at all. Ryan designs each person's program around their individual starting point. You train together but progress at your own pace.

What if my partner and I have different goals?

That's totally fine. Ryan tailors the session so both people are working toward their own targets — he coaches each of you individually within the same session.

Can we switch partners later?

Yes. Just let Ryan know if your training partner changes and he'll update the programming accordingly.

What if one of us can't make a session?

Just give Ryan enough notice and you can reschedule. Solo sessions can also be arranged if your partner is unavailable.
