Not at all. Ryan specializes in working with men and women 30–55+ — many of whom are returning to fitness after years away, or starting for the first time. Programs are fully customized to meet you exactly where you are, regardless of experience level.
Yes — this is exactly who Ryan trains. His programs are specifically designed for adults 30–55+ who want to get lean, build functional strength, and feel better in their body. Ryan understands how metabolism, recovery, and joint health change with age, and he programs accordingly — so you train hard and smart, without breaking down.
Yes. After you submit your intake form, Ryan will reach out for a brief call to get to know your goals, schedule, and lifestyle before building your program. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Yes — Ryan is currently accepting new clients for 1-on-1 and Duo coaching. Spots are limited to keep coaching quality high, so it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later.
Programs & Training
1-on-1 training is a private session — 100% of Ryan's coaching attention on you. Duo training lets you train alongside one other person, with Ryan coaching both of you simultaneously. Both options include custom programming and real-time form correction.
Most clients train 3–5 days per week depending on their goals and availability. Your program is built around your schedule — not the other way around.
No — Ryan keeps things direct and personal. There's no app requirement. Programs, check-ins, and communication happen directly with Ryan, not through a third-party platform.
Yes. The 2-on-1 Partner Duo program lets you train alongside a friend, partner, or family member with Ryan coaching you both simultaneously. It's a great way to stay motivated together while splitting the session cost. Learn more about Duo Training.
Ryan trains clients at [your gym/studio location]. All necessary equipment is available on-site. Just show up ready to work.
Nutrition
Yes. All programs include nutrition coaching — custom macro targets, meal guidance, supplement recommendations, and ongoing adjustments. Ryan believes that training and nutrition are inseparable when it comes to real, lasting results.
No crash diets, no eliminating food groups. Ryan uses a flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition that fits into your life — social events, travel, family meals and all. The goal is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix.
Absolutely. Nutrition is adjusted regularly based on your progress and evolving goals. What works in month one may not be the optimal strategy in month three, and Ryan stays on top of that for you.
Results & Timeline
Most clients notice meaningful changes within the first 4–6 weeks — increased energy, better sleep, and early body composition shifts. Significant visual results typically take 8–12 weeks with consistent effort. Progress depends on your starting point, adherence, and goals.
Plateaus are a normal part of any fitness journey. When they happen, Ryan actively adjusts your program — training variables, nutrition targets, or recovery protocols — to break through them. You're never left to figure it out on your own.
No lock-in contracts. Ryan works on a session-by-session or monthly package basis. The goal is results that keep you coming back — not a contract that forces you to.
Due to the custom nature of the programs and time invested in planning, refunds are not offered once your program has been built. If you have any concerns, Ryan is always happy to work through them directly — just reach out.
